The DLB Gravity Valveless Filter Tank features a compact, lightweight design that simplifies installation and operation. Users only need to prepare the foundation and connect the inlet/outlet pipes to begin operation. Equipped with a sealed top cover, it meets strict hygiene standards and can be installed outdoors. Compared to traditional reinforced concrete filters, it offers a lighter structure and uses a flexible asphalt sand foundation, reducing construction costs and time.

Filtration Process:
Raw water enters the filter tank through the inlet pipe and passes through the filter layer from top to bottom.
Clean water is collected in a storage tank and directed to the clear water tank via the outlet pipe.
Automatic Backwashing:
As suspended solids accumulate, the filter resistance increases, raising the water level in the siphon riser.
When the water level reaches the siphon auxiliary pipe, water flows into the suction pipe, creating a vacuum that triggers the siphon effect.
This initiates an automatic backwashing cycle, where water reverses flow to clean the filter media from bottom to top.
The cycle ends when the water level drops to the siphon break point, allowing air to enter and break the vacuum.

Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
